We manufacture Vacuum packaging film, which is used to pack a product in a bag or piece of film with a low oxygen density, from which all the air is removed and closed off through a seal.
It is mainly used in packing of food products. This packing helps to prolong the tenability of the product without loss of quality and aroma. Vacuuming is sometimes also used to ripen products, such as fresh meat and specific types of cheese. For (technical) products that are sensitive to rust or dust, vacuum packing is a good solution.
This film is made of a coextruded multiple layer film consisting of selected raw materials such as polyamide (barrier) and polyethylene (sealing layer), and on request additionally with EVA, Surlyn or EVOH.
It’s suitable for products such as Meat-products and sausages, cheese, fish, seasonings, spices, chemical products etc. and also products like technical parts of computers, clothes. In short, the possibilities are endless.
