A liner bag is constructed of polyethylene and is excellent for protecting the product within the bag from the elements. A PE liner can be inserted into a PP woven bag with tabs or left loose, creating a barrier between the bulk bag and the product. Liner bags feature a flat bottom or a discharge spout that can be tied off internally or drawn through the discharge spout and tied off.
Polyethylene liners can be form fit to the curvature of the bag, tubular, or loosely inserted into the bag.
Form-fit liners are custom-made to fit snugly to the interior of a container. In doing so the liners fits firmly to the outer structure. This minimizes creases and folds where product can be trapped which will improve the ability to move product in and out of the bag.
