We have a multi-layer blown film extrusion line along with slitting machine, manufacturing films from 20 to 500 microns, with open lay flat film width upto 5.5 meters.

We're small but have impressive, INFRASTRUCTURE
01 MULTI LAYER BLOWN FILM M/C
We have a multi-layer blown film extrusion line along with slitting machine, manufacturing films from 20 to 500 microns, with open lay flat film width upto 5.5 meters. With a capacity to deliver upto 150 tons per month, we offer consistency in the quality of our products, and we constantly strive for excellency by developing new technologies in manufacturing specialized film.
02 BOTTOM AND BOTTLE SHAPED SEALING M/C
We have in-house servo controlled automatic bottom sealing machine for our gusset liner bags, having facility to make bag on roll for easy transport and handling. We also have a bottle shaped liner machinery, which is semi-automatic and can make upto 500 liner bags a day.
03 ISO STANDARDS QUALITY CONTROL
Our facility includes experienced management personnel, a very able and skilled workforce and state of the art machineries, manufacturing bespoke films according to the customer’s requirement. We have an in-house, fully equipped quality control laboratory with sophisticated testing equipment to assure round-the-clock quality pertaining to all the products being manufactured. A clean and dust-free environment throughout the plant is ensured by our efficient housekeeping to maintain clean & hygienic working conditions.
